Refund policy

NuggetParty events (including the Nugs and Wubs Wednesday residency at Five Bucks Drinkery) are live, ticketed events. The following terms apply to all ticket purchases on nuggetpartytime.com.

 

Paid tickets (e.g. "Free Drink + Nugs + Wubs"): All paid tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are tied to a specific event date and are not transferable to other dates without prior approval.

 

Free RSVPs (e.g. "Just come for the wubs"): No refund needed — if you can't make it, just don't come. We do not penalize no-shows.

 

Event cancellation by NuggetParty: If NuggetParty cancels an event for any reason (weather, venue issue, performer unavailability), paid ticket holders receive a full refund to the original payment method within 10 business days, and we will email the address used to purchase.

 

Age requirement: Nugs and Wubs is a 21+ event. Valid government-issued photo ID is required at the door. If you are denied entry due to age or lack of valid ID, no refund will be issued.

 

Right to refuse entry: Five Bucks Drinkery and NuggetParty reserve the right to refuse entry or remove guests at our discretion (e.g. intoxication, disruptive behavior). No refund will be issued in these cases.
